Lessons of Discomfort

Balance comes only with strength.

Strength is developed through training.

Training is accomplished only when you push yourself to discomfort.

Pain is progress.

To get what you want, you have to say it. What you communicate outward will trigger the appropriate response from the rest of the universe, including people. Especially people.

Uncomfortable conversations = negotiation = you say what you want, what you value yourself for, what you think you deserve.

I have the right to express what I deserve.

I have the right to spend my time how I want. It is my time, and my time is my life.

I cannot wait for the right circumstances to align to start doing what I think I should do. First I must do and then adapt the circumstances to my actions.

I am in control only of my own actions and nothing else.
